What you will do

  • Research and analyze emerging trends, settlements, and legal news in asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
  • Draft news articles, blog posts, press releases, and social media updates focusing on clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide on-camera and audio commentary for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for reviewing and fact-checking asbestos-related content.
  • Interview attorneys, plaintiffs, and affected families to incorporate authentic narratives into content.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists to develop content strategy and campaign messaging.

Requirements

  • Law background is essential; Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise or significant exposure to mesothelioma, asbestos, or personal injury cases.
  • Experience in content creation, journalism, or digital marketing.
  • Comfortable performing on-camera and providing live commentary.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Orlando, FL for the hybrid schedule.
