What you will do

• Process all company payrolls, including biweekly, monthly, and bonus cycles, coordinating with vendors for tax remittance.
• Oversee and administer complex compensation and commission calculations using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage the corporate credit card program and travel/expense systems, validating expenses against corporate policy.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and post necessary adjustments.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports and support quarterly and year-end close processes and audits.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding payroll and accounting inquiries.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business/accounting or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• FINRA Series 99 license, or willingness to obtain the SIE and Series 99 licenses.
• Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and payroll regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems (Workday, ADP, or Xtiva preferred).
• Must be based in Great Falls, MT.
