What you will do
- Develop distributor partnerships and own territory strategy including segmentation, prioritization, and business planning.
- Maintain field presence, build relationships with distributors and physicians, and conduct regular business reviews.
- Track performance, implement growth initiatives, and collaborate with Marketing and Medical Education on training and market development.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to inform decisions.
- Manage forecasting, reporting, CRM, tenders, pricing, shipments, and ensure operational excellence.
- Build KOL relationships, represent at events, and comply with quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven distributor management and business development experience in Balkans & CEE (min. 5 years)
- Strong commercial mindset with territory ownership, target setting, negotiations, and financial awareness
- Customer-focused with relationship-building skills and proactive field-based approach (~70%)
- Solid knowledge of interventional principles (neurovascular, vascular, thrombectomy, embolization)
- Experience with tenders, pricing, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent English skills
