What you will do

• Translate product direction into clear functional and technical requirements by analyzing customer workflows and system behavior.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution definition for Innovation Lab products, including fusionCore.
• Own Product Support inquiries, conducting root-cause analysis across configurations and data to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and design scalable solution approaches.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams and customers on product functionality and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA within a SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology environment.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology or platform implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, focusing on Flows, Permission Sets, and Data Modeling.
• Deep understanding of the Agile SDLC using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks including SOQL queries, data migration, and custom object creation.
• Availability to work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with finance, accounting, or association-management technology.
• Experience building wireframes.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Security Review process.
