What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to align software deliverables with business goals.
• Design, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web and mobile apps.
• Manage product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, feasibility, and user needs.
• Participate in UAT to ensure deliverables meet the Definition of Done.
• Proactively solve problems, analyze trends, and suggest product improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, requirement gathering, and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of Agile and bridging business-dev teams.
• Technical literacy with web apps, REST APIs, and technical constraints.
• Root cause analysis for business processes and UX issues.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing).

Nice to have

• Basic SQL knowledge or C#/.NET/React experience.
• Prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
• Data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
