What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM functionality, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Write detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Work independently with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionality and manage the product backlog.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new enhancement requests and assess alignment with existing capabilities.
• Coordinate with analysts and project managers across workstreams to manage cross-system process and integration changes.
• Utilize AI-based tools to support story writing, documentation, and analysis activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience gathering requirements for CRM systems, including integrations and data mapping.
• Proven experience writing business requirements and user stories.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and product owners.
• Experience supporting agile delivery processes and project ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Private Equity or financial services.
• Experience working with multiple integrated enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data-driven process optimization.
• Exposure to automation or advanced documentation tools.
• Experience supporting complex or regulated environments.
