Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform internal audits of daily work activities to identify and correct process non-conformances.
• Manage the NCR process and utilize the 8D approach to build quality into production.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors to ensure product compliance.
• Support Quality Engineering with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Track and update customer issue responses within the NCR system and customer portals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and test product conformance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills using 8D/NCR methodology.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship/visas provided).

Nice to have

• Quality certifications (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Calibration).
• Internal Auditor training and experience with ISO standards.
