What you will do

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive brand growth and audience engagement.
• Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Collaborate with commercial and content teams to align marketing initiatives with sponsorships and revenue objectives.
• Create high-impact pitch decks, presentations, and value propositions for sponsors and broadcasters.
• Translate brand strategy into commercially convincing arguments to help partners understand the value of WRC.
• Use data and creative insights to optimize campaigns and identify new trends in fan engagement and sports entertainment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing within sports, entertainment, events, or media industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in sponsorship marketing, partner activations, and commercial collaborations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
