What you will do

  • Translate global brand and campaign briefs into culturally relevant activations for priority EMEA markets.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of GTM strategies for new set releases, product launches, and language expansions.
  • Collaborate with influencer, community, and social teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
  • Define success metrics tied to game KPIs and identify new marketing opportunities based on player insights.
  • Partner with the UVS Europe team to support brand positioning and organized play growth in EMEA.
  • Manage EMEA budget spends in collaboration with global publishing, legal, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, Berlin, Paris, or Barcelona
  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, channel strategy, or equivalent agency experience.
  • Deep passion for and familiarity with TCGs, including the competitive scene and community culture.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies and local vendors, including briefing and quality control.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate global goals into localized tactics.

Nice to have

  • Prior professional experience working with TCG games and companies.
  • Understanding of TCG development and distribution processes.
  • Experience leading multi-market campaigns across the EMEA region.
  • Knowledge of media, programmatic advertising, and user acquisition.
