What you will do
- Translate global brand and campaign briefs into culturally relevant activations for priority EMEA markets.
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of GTM strategies for new set releases, product launches, and language expansions.
- Collaborate with influencer, community, and social teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
- Define success metrics tied to game KPIs and identify new marketing opportunities based on player insights.
- Partner with the UVS Europe team to support brand positioning and organized play growth in EMEA.
- Manage EMEA budget spends in collaboration with global publishing, legal, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, Berlin, Paris, or Barcelona
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, channel strategy, or equivalent agency experience.
- Deep passion for and familiarity with TCGs, including the competitive scene and community culture.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns from strategy through to execution.
- Experience managing external creative agencies and local vendors, including briefing and quality control.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate global goals into localized tactics.
Nice to have
- Prior professional experience working with TCG games and companies.
- Understanding of TCG development and distribution processes.
- Experience leading multi-market campaigns across the EMEA region.
- Knowledge of media, programmatic advertising, and user acquisition.
