• Recruit, train and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and development.
• Manage regional budget, logistics, partnerships, and agencies for efficient execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years marketing experience in sports/events or culture marketing within Melbourne
• 3+ years people management experience
• Experience working with commercial teams, sales or trade marketing.
• Experience with universities or casual workforce highly regarded.
