What you will do

• Collaborate on technical architecture, long-term planning, and building features for coach portal using Angular, Python, Java, and AWS.
• Empower customers to configure care protocols via administrative dashboards.
• Own software projects, sprints, and AWS stack design, implementation, deployment, and release.
• Serve as technical escalation point, guide customers on capabilities, and advocate internally for customer needs.
• Influence product roadmap with feedback on pain points and improvements.
• Work cross-functionally to support customers promptly and turn Welkin into a chronic disease management experimentation platform.

Requirements

• 2-5 years professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years coding experience; Python, Java, Angular skills a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL for medium-complex queries.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong passion for customer satisfaction, openness to feedback, and innovative spirit in fast-paced environment.
