Salary: $190,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications for laboratory and business operations.
- Act as a hands-on implementation lead for software projects and manage a small team of engineers.
- Champion software best practices, including risk analysis and CI/CD improvements.
- Ensure software compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Support Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in a technical lead or senior engineer role.
- Expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, database design, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in a regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environment.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, and microservices.
