TL;DR

Field Project Controls Associate (Scheduling/Cost): Assist in project controls for engineering and construction projects with an accent on scheduling, cost tracking, and financial systems. Focus on developing schedules, preparing cost reports, earned value analysis, and critical path monitoring.

Location: Harriman, TN, US. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days. Occasional travel up to 25% and construction site environment required.

What you will do

• Gain knowledge of industry technologies, project execution, cost, schedule, and financial systems.
• Assist in cost reporting, tracking, quantity reporting, and managing change logs.
• Support schedule development, maintenance, adherence reports, and earned value reports.
• Perform critical path and float analysis.
• Understand budgets and B&V financial entities.

Requirements

• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search.
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or local equivalent required (no experience needed).
• Prefer degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ability to work in construction site environment: standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, walking long distances, heights above 5 feet, up to 12-hour shifts.
