Salary: $82,867 - $133,001 a year

What you will do
- Develop monitoring and reporting for enterprise-wide risks including market, credit, counterparty, funding, and liquidity exposures.
- Analyze financial and metric data for quarterly bank health reports.
- Lead annual risk control self-assessment process with business units.
- Coordinate control testing with Internal Audit and Compliance teams.
- Prepare materials and participate in firmwide risk committees with senior leaders.
- Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies, governance enhancements, and contingency planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree desired
- FINRA SIE and Series 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days
- Minimum 5 years in financial risk management and capital markets at broker-dealer or financial institution
- Experience with risk oversight, control self-assessment, Bloomberg terminal, Power BI/Tableau, VaR/DV01 calculations.
- Strong regulatory knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
