What you will do

• Develop monitoring and reporting for enterprise-wide risks including market, credit, counterparty, funding, and liquidity exposures.
• Analyze financial and metric data for quarterly bank health reports.
• Lead annual risk control self-assessment process with business units.
• Coordinate control testing with Internal Audit and Compliance teams.
• Prepare materials and participate in firmwide risk committees with senior leaders.
• Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies, governance enhancements, and contingency planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree desired
• FINRA SIE and Series 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Minimum 5 years in financial risk management and capital markets at broker-dealer or financial institution
• Experience with risk oversight, control self-assessment, Bloomberg terminal, Power BI/Tableau, VaR/DV01 calculations.
• Strong regulatory knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
