Location: On-site in Vilnius
Salary: 4200-5000 € (gross) per month

What you will do
- Stay ahead of European logistics trends and perform competitor analysis.
- Identify and engage shipping providers meeting business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners around Europe.
- Negotiate contracts balancing cost, margins, and customer experience.
- Monitor carrier performance and enforce SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal Shipping Network product team and influence KPIs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management in logistics/shipping
- Proven track record of complex deals and vendor performance management
- Proactive attitude as individual contributor in collaborative team
- Business-oriented mindset focused on results
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
