What you will do

• Analyze how customers like Amazon, Spotify, and Uber use hirify.global for payments, focusing on product performance and user experience.
• Lead ramp-up for new customers by analyzing transaction data, identifying failure patterns, and creating product requirements.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve KPIs and validate product hypotheses.
• Provide strategic data insights to Product, Machine Learning, Operations, APM, and Customer Success teams.
• Mentor analysts on data extraction, analysis, and visualization best practices.

Requirements

• English is a must with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Analytically driven with extensive SQL experience manipulating large datasets and creating actionable insights.
• 2+ years in product and payments analytics, with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience defining metrics and building dashboard visualizations.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering, Data Science).

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in R or Python for advanced statistical analysis.
