What you will do

• Analyze and iterate operational processes and routines for continuous improvement.
• Develop internal tools to automate routines and solve operational problems.
• Create analytical dashboards using Grafana and Metabase to track company operations.
• Monitor overall company operations to ensure efficiency and stability.

Requirements

• Strong passion for data analysis, pattern recognition, and logical thinking.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation and simplify complexity.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required for working in a global, distributed environment.
• Availability to work during night shift hours.
• Proactive mindset and ability to learn complex systems through hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Software development skills and experience with APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or AI-based assistants.
