What you will do

Analyze and iterate operational processes to improve efficiency.
Develop internal tools to automate routines and solve operational problems.
Create and maintain analysis dashboards using Grafana and Metabase.
Monitor overall company operations to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

Strong passion for data analysis and pattern recognition.
Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation and simplify complexity.
English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required for a global distributed environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to learn complex systems through hands-on experience.

Nice to have

Software development skills and experience working with APIs.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or AI-based assistants.
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI modeling.
