What you will do

• Oversee daily settlement execution for crypto and fiat transfers within strict windows.
• Perform data reconciliations between internal ledgers and external statements to resolve discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot failed transfers using SQL queries and transaction logs.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for workflow automation using pandas and requests.
• Utilize AI tools for anomaly detection, script development, and documentation.
• Build dashboards and data models for transaction health, liquidity, and performance reporting.
• Support product/engineering teams with feature testing and API feedback.
• Provide technical support to institutional clients on transactions and integrations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in financial operations, payments, or back-office settlement.
• Intermediate Python for scripting, data manipulation, error handling, and REST APIs.
• Intermediate SQL with multi-table joins, subqueries, and CTEs.
• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• API fundamentals and tools like Postman.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
