What you will do

• Co-own AI transformation with Chief of Staff, managing rollout rhythm, adoption tracking, and progress reporting
• Own internal communications strategy, content creation, channel management, and monthly All Hands
• Craft CEO and leadership messaging, develop comms calendar aligned to business priorities
• Partner with leadership, People & Org, Marketing for coherent messaging and engagement formats
• Operate AI-first in workflows, share learnings, and support cross-functional priorities

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English (working language)
• Proven experience in internal communications or business operations in scaling tech/SaaS
• Strong stakeholder management across functions
• AI-first mindset, fluent in LLMs (Claude, Gemini) and workflow-building
• Fluent in Slack, Confluence, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel
• Comfortable in ambiguity, creative storytelling, operational sharpness
