What you will do

• Assume overall strategic responsibility for Public Affairs in Germany, including topic prioritization and stakeholder management.
• Develop and implement an independent Public Affairs strategy for other European markets.
• Monitor and assess political and regulatory developments to derive concrete courses of action.
• Represent the group in political bodies, associations, and industry networks.
• Strategically manage external Public Affairs consultants and agencies at national and international levels.
• Align Public Affairs content with corporate, brand, and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, or political consulting.
• Experience in international or multinational Public Affairs structures.
• German and English at negotiation level (C1+).
• Proficiency in a third European language at negotiation level.
• Strong strategic thinking, independence, and political acumen.
• Ideally, a strong network in the mobility or cycling industry.
