What you will do
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
- Develop and execute programs to increase platform adoption and ensure customers realize long-term value.
- Launch campaigns and initiatives to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Scale the customer advocacy program, including managing case studies, testimonials, and reference management.
- Establish and manage customer advisory boards to ensure feedback informs product direction.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of customer-focused events and regional activations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and executing marketing campaigns to drive retention and expansion.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and other customer marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product Marketing stakeholders.
- Must be based in London, Munich, or Prague.
