What you will do

• Oversee internal operations and compliance, including vehicle insurance, registrations, safety, and forecasting operational plans.
• Manage customer engagements, communications, and day-to-day activities for demos, pilots, POCs, and rollouts.
• Lead deployments with program management, operational consulting, system configuration, integration, and verification.
• Coordinate with Testing, Product, Engineering teams, COO, and leadership to drive customer and operational outcomes.
• Support relationship expansion and strategic initiatives with customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations in Logistics, Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, or related industry
• BS degree
• Experience with business and operations data for strategic decision making
• Strong strategic communication to build trust and drive initiatives
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle complex details and big picture
• Willing to travel and work across multiple locations
