What you will do
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage schedule adherence, and lead an hourly workforce.
- Proactively monitor communication channels and task queues to identify and resolve operational gaps before they impact customers.
- Lead assessments of the operational implications of customer requests to find mutually viable solutions.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clinic staff, providers, and executives.
- Provide operational metrics for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive optimization initiatives.
- Drive individual and team performance through consistent coaching, real-time feedback, and active mentorship.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and have permanent US work authorization.
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3-5 years specifically managing specialty pharmacy operations or a similar role.
- Deep experience and knowledge of the pharmacy space is required (specialty pharmacy strongly preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics to diagnose issues and build effective action plans.
- Ability to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time.
