Location: On-site in Portland, TN. Must have valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving history. Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel up to 2 months.

What you will do

• Monitor autonomous yard trucks in real-time during operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on prototype vehicles
• Review log data for system failures and autonomy disengagements
• Isolate, track, document, and triage issues systematically
• Update knowledge base and diagnostic trees for efficiency
• Interact with customers as an ambassador for hirify.global technology

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with 5+ years driving experience and valid U.S. driver's license
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Technical aptitude with Linux, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, Git preferred
• Experience in safety-focused, procedural, or software testing environments
• Pass criminal background check, safety/performance checkpoints; work outdoors/laptop in vehicle up to 10 hours/day
