What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across North America to ensure safety, functionality, and high service standards.
• Lead capital projects including renovations, expansions, and consolidations from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain a capital investment framework aligned with asset management and operational budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot innovative workplace solutions and hybrid work models.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) for vendors and service delivery.
• Drive sustainability and energy-efficiency programs to meet corporate ESG targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management.
• 3+ years of regional leadership experience managing multi-site portfolios.
• Proven track record in managing complex lease portfolios and large-scale capital projects.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience in budget management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and IWMS/CAFM systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with AI-driven facilities management tools.
• Change management experience in global transformation projects.
