Salary: $160,000 – $175,000 + 15% bonus + full benefits

What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, code reviews, architectural input, and mentorship
• Contribute hands-on to designing and developing scalable, secure software solutions and API integrations
• Drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality, and business priorities
• Collaborate with product, architecture, business stakeholders, and DevOps to shape roadmaps and improve workflows
• Promote engineering standards, security, documentation, and adoption of modern tools
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and identify efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience; 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
• Strong proficiency in OOP languages like C#, Java, or Python (ideally .NET/C#)
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, building APIs/RESTful services in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), large-scale data, high-throughput systems
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
