What you will do

• Attend various NSC driver safety courses state-wide, covertly posing as a required attendee and participating in class activities.
• Observe and record objective information on instructor performance regarding contract compliance, administrative processes, classroom management, and curriculum delivery.
• Complete Instructor Observation Evaluation Input form and written summary within 24 hours of each monitoring.
• Attend scheduled training, retraining, update seminars, round table discussions, and development sessions as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, using judgment to ensure program compliance and reporting integrity.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Portuguese
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter able to work independently with high initiative, good time management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Travel required (in-state, must have own transportation); prolonged sitting
• Ability to make decisions, recommend solutions, and prioritize using knowledge of program and state regulations
