TL;DR

What you will do
- Develop trusted relationships with key technical and business stakeholders using enterprise architecture best practices and deep knowledge of customer implementations.
- Analyze customer trends and patterns to identify action plans for critical issue prevention and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales for monthly or quarterly business reviews focused on technical requests and support tickets.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, and other teams to address customer environments, challenges, and requirements.
- Act as a strategic trusted advisor, monitor systems proactively, and advocate for customers internally.
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities and foster long-term partnerships by aligning customer goals with Aria's strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles interfacing with executives, supporting enterprise technical implementations or transformations.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote team.
- Ability to lead and manage complex technical customer requests involving multiple parties and high-volume distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills to influence internally and with customers at all levels.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to travel as needed (typically less than 15%).
