What you will do

• Produce high-quality new content across publications using automations, SOPs, templates, and formats while maintaining velocity, accuracy, clarity, and SEO.
• Upgrade existing content at scale to improve clarity, structure, SEO, and performance using in-house technology.
• QA all content for accuracy, readability, SEO alignment, visuals, CTAs, internal links, and brand consistency.
• Manage freelance contributors as needed and monitor published content performance.
• Identify issues, edge cases, and insights to improve prompts, templates, workflows, and SOPs.

Requirements

• 1+ years in content production, coordination, editorial operations, or similar.
• Strong writing, editing, and QA skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and structure.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and on-page best practices.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs, templates, and workflows precisely.
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in structured processes.
• Experience with WordPress and Airtable (or willingness to learn).
• Highly organized, reliable, proactive at identifying improvements.

Nice to have

• Background in SEO writing, content marketing, or operational editorial work.
• Familiarity with visual standards, internal linking, or structured formats.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Clearscope, or other SEO/AI tools.
• Working with freelance writers or contractors.
