What you will do
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for software products.
- Perform peer reviews and provide editorial guidance.
- Leverage analytics and AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate user-feedback cycles and documentation quality audits.
- Collaborate with product delivery and UX teams to document complex concepts.
- Apply UX writing best practices and influence product usability.
- Contribute to localization practices and team processes for productivity.
Requirements
- 7+ years as senior technical writer in software.
- University degree in English, translation, journalism, communications, or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile software environment and writing API documentation.
- Impeccable English writing skills with lean writing focus.
- Strong technical understanding to grasp and document complex concepts.
- Experience with information architecture, UX writing, localization best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Crowdin, Figma, Jira.
Nice to have
- Experience in software medical or regulated industries.
- Experience with Zendesk analytics and support processes.
- Proficiency in French (spoken, written, read).
