Salary: $71,000 – $118,000

What you will do
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal wiki content and information architecture.
- Design and enforce documentation standards, templates, and governance policies.
- Conduct regular audits to eliminate redundant content and maintain a single source of truth.
- Review and edit technical documentation for clarity and alignment with ISO standards.
- Train stakeholders on Confluence usage and documentation best practices.
- Leverage AI agents and LLMs to audit, evaluate, and enhance documentation quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in documentation management or knowledge base administration.
- Proven experience implementing documentation governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and content management.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- Experience with audits and quality reviews for documentation systems.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Confluence administration (macros, plugins, blueprints).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or ISO 27002 compliance standards.
- Certification in technical writing or information architecture.
- Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other CMS tools.
