Salary: $80,000 — $110,000 USD / $72,000 — $99,000 CAD

What you will do

• Execute content optimization strategies to improve retrievability by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop machine-parsable content blocks aligned with semantic density and emerging AI answer formats.
• Analyze GEO prompt data and competitor landscapes to identify strategic content opportunities.
• Apply concepts such as vector embeddings, RAG, grounding, and citations to daily content workflows.
• Collaborate with Content and Digital Strategy teams to ensure optimized content is published effectively.
• Leverage AI tools in content analysis, editing, and production to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Deep understanding of how content is rewarded in LLMs and modern search ranking algorithms.
• Familiarity with current GEO/AEO/AIO concepts and the role of LLMs in search.
• Proficiency with SEO/AI Search platforms like SEMRush, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Profound, and Google Search Console.
• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise-level CMS.
• Must be located in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or the cybersecurity domain.
