What you will do
- Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other talent platforms.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
- Manage candidate records, status updates, and feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support pre-onboarding activities, including job offer issuance, background checks, and medical clearances.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly status reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines
