What you will do

• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other talent platforms.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
• Manage candidate records, status updates, and feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support pre-onboarding activities, including job offer issuance, background checks, and medical clearances.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly status reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
• Location: Must be based in Cebu, Philippines
