What you will do

• Run simulations and verifications using Cadence Virtuoso to refine and debug analog designs iteratively.
• Manage the full development cycle, including floorplan, layout, verification, delivery, and support.
• Collaborate with designers and global teams across different time zones to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Serve as a technical mentor within the layout team and participate in broader project meetings.
• Take ownership of tasks ranging from individual cells to functional blocks, macros, and full interfaces.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (undergraduate or graduate).
• Proficiency with CAD tools for implementation and microelectronic layers beyond schematics.
• Track record of delivering high-speed or precision analog circuits, preferably across multiple process nodes.
• Strong communication skills for presenting updates to global teams and diverse personnel.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
