What you will do

• Develop structured testing strategies and maintain a pipeline of performance-improving concepts.
• Partner with creative teams, production partners, and agencies to translate concepts into ads via clear briefs.
• Analyze campaign data to iterate on winning creative and optimize video storytelling for engagement and conversions.
• Bridge media buying, creative production, and analytics teams for aligned, timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
• Strong experience with paid social platforms and performance channels, especially video.
• Deep knowledge of direct response principles and viral creative elements like hooks and storytelling.
• Ability to analyze data, develop concepts, create briefs, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with agencies, production partners, and handling multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
