What you will do

  • Own global creative strategy across performance channels like Paid Social, YouTube, Display, CTV, and Retail Media, linking to CPA, ROAS, LTV.
  • Build scalable creative systems for high-volume production, balancing brand storytelling with performance needs.
  • Lead creative innovation including AI-generated creative, automation, dynamic optimization, and emerging formats.
  • Build and develop high-performing creative teams across strategy, design, copy, and production.
  • Drive client impact through executive-level creative input, retention, expansion, and new business wins.
  • Own profitability of creative services, KPIs, reporting, and integration with paid media systems.

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • 10+ years in creative, performance marketing, or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading creative for performance-driven organizations at scale across multiple channels.
  • Track record building and leading high-performing creative teams.
  • Strong integration of data, testing, and insights into creative development.
  • Business acumen for budgets, profitability, and executive communication.
