What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate SSO and authentication services used across multiple hirify.global products.
• Build secure, reliable, and maintainable backend services with production-quality standards.
• Contribute to API design, service contracts, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure quality and prevent regressions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and customer-impacting incidents.
• Mentor other engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural influence.

Requirements

• Professional experience in backend software development, ideally with C# (Go or Java also considered).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working on complex, distributed, or security-sensitive systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest, Romania.
