What you will do

• Develop scalable core functionality for customer-facing and internal products, systems, and data platforms using modern frameworks.
• Build extensible architectures to enable the efficient launch of new products and business lines.
• Develop and maintain APIs for web and mobile platforms as well as third-party system integrations.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from scoping and architectural design to production deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with designers, QAs, product managers, and domain experts in a cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience integrating and scaling PSPs such as Adyen, Stripe, or Checkout.com.
• Proficiency in scalable cloud architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
• Practical experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Readiness to work with PHP and Node.js as the primary backend stack.
• Experience with relational databases, search engines, and TDD (unit, integration, and performance testing).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with observability frameworks, PCI-DSS compliance, chargebacks, and subscription models.
• Experience applying LLMs to automate business processes or building AI-powered internal tools.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience building highly reliable cloud systems supporting millions of users 24/7.
