What you will do

• Manage full life cycle of recruiting for open positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create effective strategies
• Determine best sourcing avenues and conduct phone interviews
• Provide strategic advice on candidate selection and fit
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and manage candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume databases, job boards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
