What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retailers to ensure seamless service across all departments.
- Optimize core operational services, including delivery and collections, by collaborating with Operations, AR, and Engineering teams.
- Drive the adoption of complementary services such as Marketplace, Bill Pay, data analytics, and POS integrations.
- Identify and maximize market opportunities for retailers through promotions, RFPs, and brand partnerships.
- Maintain a centralized "single source of truth" in ZenDesk for each retailer profile and manage feature requests.
- Monitor engagement metrics, including GMV and Net Promoter Score (NPS), to guide retailers through the success flow.
Requirements
- Must currently be located in New York State.
- Background in retail can sales, operations, or related fields.
- Established and trusted relationships across the New York can retail market.
- Proven track record in driving revenue through external partnerships.
- Strong expertise in customer experience, multitasking, and time management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
