What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned retailers to ensure seamless service and relationship progression.
• Optimize core services including delivery and collections by collaborating with Operations, AR, CX, and Engineering teams.
• Educate retailers on complementary services such as Marketplace, Bill Pay, data analytics, and POS integrations.
• Drive marketplace growth by connecting retailers with promotions, sales rules, and brand partnerships.
• Manage retail feature requests and maintain centralized retail dossiers and strategies.
• Track engagement metrics including GMV and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to guide retailers through the success flow.

Requirements

• Must currently be located in New York State
• Background in retail canhirify.global sales, operations, or related fields.
• Established and trusted relationships within the New York canhirify.global retail market.
• Proven track record of driving revenue with external partners.
• Strong expertise in customer experience and high EQ.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
