What you will do

• Manage daily operational activities, including performance monitoring, associate supervision, and workforce planning.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and deliver performance improvements.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive quality control procedures, audits, and compliance checks.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for service delivery improvement.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing operations team, managing both managers and individual contributors.
• Collaborate with process stakeholders to develop initiatives that maximize efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record of improving organizational performance and leading teams through complex processes.
• Expertise in strategic operational initiatives and cultivating high-performance teams.
• Minimum of a Green Belt in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work from Buffalo, NY, USA.
• Ability to manage managers and high-caliber individual contributors.
