Head of Data Products (API): Lead growth of influencer marketing data API business (380M+ profiles) with an accent on full customer journey, go-to-market strategy, and revenue scaling. Focus on building pipelines, pricing, expansion motions, leading sales/CSM/marketing teams, and achieving 3x revenue growth through solution sales and high NRR.
Location: Fully remote (Europe-based, must work EU business hours to overlap with team)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end API customer journey and go-to-market from discovery, buying, to expansion; identify and fix gaps.
- Drive revenue growth to 3x in 2026 and beyond by managing big deals, pricing, escalations, and pipeline.
- Lead API Sales, Customer Success Managers, and marketers; hire and manage performance.
- Develop 12-month strategy: scale solution sales, inbound, custom solutions with data teams, target 120%+ NRR.
Requirements
- Europe-based for EU business hours overlap.
- Built GTM and customer journeys from scratch; systems thinker who identifies and fixes business issues.
- Managed teams: provided feedback, grew people, made hard calls.
- Customer-facing expert able to handle big accounts.
- Technical foundation: understand APIs, read docs, explain LLMs; collaborate with data engineers.
- Fast learner thriving in ambiguity, leading across functions.
