What you will do

  • Define GTM strategy for releases, lead brainstorms, and align cross-functional teams on branding and execution.
  • Build and maintain Stumble Guys franchise consistency across mobile, console, and third-party platforms.
  • Craft console marketing strategies, curate visual/copy content, and optimize store presence.
  • Develop strategic ASO framework, analyze listings, and propose improvements for icons, screenshots, and descriptions.
  • Manage relationships with external IP partners and scope creative workflows for collaborations.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders, provide feedback, and ensure brand quality across outputs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inform strategies, and measure marketing impact.
  • Manage marketing roadmap execution, budgets, and timely deliverables.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (non-negotiable)
  • Ample experience in brand, creative/digital marketing, and product marketing with proven track record in global brands.
  • Strong execution skills to design and implement strategies flawlessly.
  • Excellent communication for managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure live-ops environment.
  • Gaming industry experience highly preferred, including production cycles and F2P knowledge.
  • Analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and stay on top of digital trends.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM strategies and organic growth tactics.
