What you will do

  • Lead the global organic growth and discoverability strategy across various social platforms.
  • Convert social algorithms into predictable and scalable growth engines.
  • Define global frameworks for audience reach, retention, and search visibility.
  • Design and oversee experimentation roadmaps focusing on formats, hooks, and distribution.
  • Guide regional teams to improve performance and refine content positioning per market.
  • Align content distribution strategies with overall business goals alongside Creative and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth, Social Strategy, or Audience Development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of turning data into actionable strategy.
  • Experience guiding teams and setting strategic direction rather than just execution.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Madrid to work in a hybrid setup.
