What you will do

• Manage full life cycle of recruiting for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via online channels like Indeed, job boards, and professional networks.
• Assess candidates using Applicant Tracking System and plan interviews and selection procedures.
• Provide strategic advice on candidate skills and company fit throughout selection process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and manage candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including full life cycle recruiting.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques, resume databases, and job boards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
