What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration engineering from architecture design to code implementation
• Act as technical expert and point of contact in pre- and post-sales for merchant positioning, closing, and onboarding
• Build trusted relationships by educating merchants on value proposition, best practices, and product roadmap
• Deliver solution demos, executive briefings, and technical workshops showcasing payment solutions
• Collaborate with Payment Strategy, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless onboarding and improvements
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for installations, workshops, or deep-dives

Requirements

• 3-6 years professional experience, including 2-3 years in Solutions Engineering or Solution Architecture with hands-on APIs and SDKs, ideally in startups/scale-ups
• Proficient in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, Golang, C#, .NET
• Experience debugging API calls and using monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk
• Strong technical diagramming skills (sequence diagrams, system diagrams, mockups)
• Proven technical leadership on user-facing projects from design to delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, leading workshops and demos
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with payments (checkout, authentication, payouts, marketplaces)
• Additional languages: Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish
