What you will do

• Own and optimize global HRIS (BambooHR) as single source of truth, integrating with payroll, ATS, Slack, and equity tools for seamless data flow.
• Standardize end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, leave programs, and offboarding across international markets.
• Monitor labor laws, author Global Employee Handbook, and lead compliance audits in all operating jurisdictions.
• Establish data hygiene standards and develop People Dashboards for leadership insights on headcount, turnover, and retention.
• Automate manual processes and document SOPs to reduce administrative overhead during rapid scaling.

Requirements

• Proven track record scaling People Ops from manual to automated systems
• Deep experience with US and international labor laws; PEOs/EORs a plus
• Zero-error mentality for data integrity and systems management
• Expertise in HR tech stack, integrations, and workflow optimization
