Location: Onsite in Orange County, CA. Requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor. Occasional travel to other sites or suppliers may be required.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Lead team of supervisors and contributors to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance goals.
• Plan and manage manufacturing activities, production schedules, and inventory to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgets, ERP optimization, and standardization efforts.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years manufacturing operations experience, 5+ years management with 20-50 direct reports (supervisors preferred)
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry, with proven efficiency/quality/cost improvements.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
